I'm not trying to rain on your parade though, nice vid, enjoyed it. 
well it is basically a Cyclone with a massive tank so it DOES struggle to put out the hurt, also the harb vs claymore is the flip of a coin usually the harb wins, while flying a harb before I've beaten claymore's with ease, it can go either way when a combat fit claymore meets a harbinger.

Cant disagree with you there really, I fly a Harb alot on my alt and I'd be pretty damn confident against a Claymore. Just doesn't seem effective for the ISK as a direct combat ship. All the problems of the Sleipnir (so much to do, so few medslots) without the DPS.
