Dear CCP,
there is no need for spamming me with mindless crap. Your support is slow and in most cases not really helpful. If you really see need to spam me (I can't see how this will improve anything) try not to supply links as non text like you did here.
Please refrain in the future from sending me e-mails. Even if you learned that URLs are text.
Thank you and have a nice day --

My guess is that you have a unix based client. Non text links are great as long as you don't have to click on them.
Typical assumptions that everyone uses Windows when they are reading emails. --

Unix? I dunno, that window looks a lot like the one back in Windows 95/98. (unless you can make it look that way in Unix-based OS's, though I can't fathom why you'd want to)

Edited by: Emily Spankratchet on 11/05/2008 13:19:51 Sheesh, Pine 4.58? Try 4.64, it fixes a buffer overflow vulnerability.
Edit: Also, the link is to a survey where you can tell them that their support is slow and useless.
Also, if you have pine configured correctly you should be able to open that link in, for example, lynx.

Typical assumption that text-based interfaces = Unix. Also, typical assumption that only Windows can handle "non-text links".
