Additional Update: I have received a number of questions regarding the rules, bellow are the most frequently asked questions and my answers: Question: Please explain in detail how will the Bids work on the items for which Buyout were offered? Answer: For example, this is how it might work... Player X offers a "Tentative Buyout" on the item. Player Y offers a "Reserve Bid" on the same item. Player Z offer another bid, greater than a "Reserve" on the item. At the end of the auction: Player X has the first priority - and has 24 Hours to claim the Item. If he fails, then player Z, has the chance, as the last highest legitimate bidder above reserve. If he, in turn, fails to claim the item within 24 hrs - then player Y, as the one who bid the legitimate reserve gets, a go. Basically we go from the highest legitimate Bid to lowest legitimate bid in succession - in the event that initial Buyout Is not taken. Question: Can I still offer a Buyout on an item for which a "Tentative Buyout" has been offered? Answer: Yes, yes you can, the existing "Tentative Buyout" does not stop a player from offering another Buyout on the same item for which the above mentioned "Tentative Buyout" has already been offered; all it would mean, is that if the initial buyout fails you will automatically be in line as as the second highest bidder, and then we go to answer number one, above, on how it will proceed. Auction will end on the 20th of May, 2008, at 23:59 EVE Time. Auction has 1 Hour Sniper Rule. Ok, I hope that clarified a few things...

All those who bid Buyouts - the BPOs come out of the cooker a Day/or little less than a day before the auction is over. I will set the contracts at that time - this will give you an option to claim them straight away. Again, this is an option for the Buyout People, you will have time to claim the items, but I also want to hedge my bets, as I stated previously, in the event you guys have difficulty with funds, so the other people get a shot at it as well. So please, for our mutual benefit, be prompt in claiming the items. Once each item is claimed, I shall make an announcement here, so those who are next in line do not hang with large amount of ISK waiting, and would be able to utilize the ISK for some other project straight away.

I thought I read the rules to mean once the auction ended, the buyout offering players would have a 24-hour exclusive contract and then in the case of a default it would go to the next best bidder, etc. I'll bid 14.5 for the Taranis, btw. So, to clarify, would a buyout bidder have 24 hours from the time you put up a contract once the BPO is ready, or will they also get 24 hours after the auction end to claim it? This all might be moot before you next post, but I thought it might be worth clearing up.

They will NOT get extra 24 Hours. Kato assured me he had ISK ready to go, I accommodated. I gave him 24 Hrs Exactly - he claimed within first 20 minutes.

My comment regarding King McBeth was that I wanted him to know that the item is ready to be paid for - I love efficiency - I did indeed receive eve-mail from him this afternoon telling me he will be around "later today." Since he received my e-mail, and he knows that he has 24 Hours, and he will be back later today, after work, the Contract for King McBeth was set a few minutes ago, and his 24 Hour Timer started. So, in case he does not claim it... then the lucky one with the next Legitimate Highest Bid above the Reserve - can have the BPO about this time tomorrow.[:D] I wanted to make sure that my customers, all my customers, know at least to a degree when their "timer" starts, so there won't be any confusion.

Since I'm new to the T2 business, and I'm in it for the long-term investment, I'll give you lads (or ladies) a sporting chance to win the BPO before I go and pick it up. If anyone really wants the Taranis BPO (and the extras Jinx included), keep bidding as per the original auction time limit and sniper rules, and I will decide if I want the money more than the print. So, the question is, how bad do you really want it?

EOS is left.... currently stands at 23 Billion ISK... Edit: Oh, and yea, consider purchasing the 100 Brutix.. they are at a good price, and it is 5 Months worth of EOS production right there... will be easier in the long run, and less of a headache to me.... well, and 2.1 Bill, too...
