Is there any way you can share a mission with your friends? So all them gain the benefits from it?

Think the maximum you can share with is 5 persons, you get option to share with fleet when you complete mission. This will share the Loyalty points, mission reward and standing. For them to share the bountys they have to be on grid with mission as npc are killed.

So let's see, I get a mission while my friends are waiting on gang. We warp to the mission, do it, and when the objective is completed, I click that share option?

Like you just described it is how you do it.
When you speak to the agent after you've done the mission there should be 3 options (provided you are still in a gang), where normally there'd be 2. There is still the 'I've done the mission' and 'I quit the mission' texts (or words to that effect) and a 3rd that says something along the lines of 'Me and my gang have done the mission'.

Your friends doesn't actually have to be in gang until you finish the mission with the agent.
Also beware, that unless you're in the same corp and the same gang, anyone except the mission starter accidentally shooting wrecks in the mission will summon CONCORD.

Captain Falcord - you and up to four other people can gain the benefits from handing in a mission, as stated earlier. You can have as many friends with you as you like while running the mission - any bounties will be split up evenly amongst the people on grid when the NPC ship is killed.
You could, for example, park your refining/marketing alt at the station, run the mission solo, then hand in the mission for the gang - the alt will gain NPC standing and you'll eventually be able to refine with no taxes, etc.
