Hmm i guess if u think SP wise. but SPs isnt just SPs. its all about how well they are placed for the purpose of the character. This guy earns a little on the top cuz of that. Sure u can get characters with equal and even more SPs than this one and some of em cheaper too. Im just saying there might be a reason for that.
