After reading abit, I can see it does infact allow me to put up a POS in 0.7 caldari.
So just to clarify 
Ill take the 250 mill B/O, just contact me for details when your ready.

Just giving a follow up.
Except from the 'it took 18hours from my buyout till seller was online and contracted me' everything went incredible well!
Lekea didn't mind that I had forgotten to remove my roles and there by forcing him to wait 24h.
When I transfered the ISK I was accepted into the corp and made CEO immediately.
When I became CEO he offered to help me on installing a POS, gave me lots of tips, and even offered to freighter modules and fuel for me.
(though I had already taken care of that, but it's the point that counts!)
While waiting the 24h to be expelled from corp, he stayed in Irjunen and did missions.
After talking to him for a few hours and getting to know him eve further, I can with out a doubt say that:
"I highly recommend Lekea's service"
Do not fear :) thou shall not be scammed.
Oh, and while he's doing missions, try accidentally setting the tax rate to 100%...I'v never been convoed so fast in my life, haha
