hi,
don't mean to be a downer but looking at your skills link.
U have no jump support skills: Calibration, Fuel conservation.
No fighters skill book or very many SP in drones to keep them alive.
You don't have tactical Shield Manipulation V (requirement to use a Capital Shield Booster)
I would suggest training these skills before selling the character as a carrier pilot.
