I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Panzerella, Co CEO of Death's Legion. For over a year, I have helped mould Death's Legion into one of EvE's most genuine Pirate corps. Along with the help of our most committed members we have built a corp dedicated to a select group of older EvE players with a particular mind set when it comes to enjoying game play. Through rigorous sets of interviews, trial periods, and guns a blazing we weed out the annoying potential corp candidates and are left with only the ones that fit our unique group. It is the cohesiveness of our pilotĘs relationships which allow us to prevail in our actions. I only ask that you entertain an interview and a possible trial period so you may understand where I am coming from.
Death's Legion is a nomadic Pirate corp specializing in all Pirate trades. We are recruiting skilled pirates to control our space. We have about 65% US and 35% Euro players. Currently we are recruiting 15 million SP + pilots from all time zones with a emphasis on Euro pilots and Aussie pilots. SP should be spent in various Combat related categories. All SP will be reviewed during the interview process.
All applicants should remember that this is a Pirate corporation, specifically meaning that you will be expected to fight, and in most cases initiate aggression.
Here are the qualities we're looking for in applicants:
 Experienced combat pilots
Disregard for Security Status. (You will eventually end up -10)
Any time zone is acceptable
A mature and level headed attitude
Full self sufficiency.
A working Ventrilo Client and the use of a working microphone.
A good knowledge of PvP and game mechanics.
The urge to attempt to kill anything we decide to make red, regardless of morals.
The ability to follow instructions over voice comms, and maintain good voice discipline.
The ability to work as part of a team, which may include sometimes flying in a support role.
A good level of player activity and playtime.
All applicants are subject to a ventrillo interview so both parties can decide if they will be a good fit.

By good voice discipline we mean being able to talk louder then the guy already talking. All jest aside I have been in DL for a little over a month now and dont regret any moment of it. A great bunch of knowledgeable guys with a great sense of humor. If you want to mindlessly kill people look no further.

Although our main activity is piracy in the original sence of the word; marauding and commerce raiding, some of us also like to do some part-time missionrunning to pass the time in between gatecamp/roaminggangs and make a few bucks on the side with it.. As long as you don't stain our good piratename by obsessive carebearing with your DL-toon, or keep flooding our KB with nubbinesque-shiplosses, we don't realy care what you do. No alliance/big corp politics, mandatory ops or such crap in DL; we like to keep it simple and kill for fun & lewtz.
Nearly all pilots we fly with are genuine swashbucklers who have grinded several years of sailing the rough seas and are thoroughly trained in practice and skills as we keep recruitment requirements at high level to insure an overal quality but if you have some basic aptitudes to pvp-effectivly under lowsec-outlaw restraints and proof your willingness and ability to learn from our experienced elders, we will take you on board regardless of any inexperience in handling the cutlass on a bloody deck.
Are you bored senceless by your old corps 0.0-alliance politics and cowardness, do you want to kill to your hearts contempt in a not-too-big, relaxed corp of like-minded badasses with only blue those pie'ing with you? Then come grab a pint of rum in our 'Legion rec' tavern. |

Join a pirate corp that just loves to kill stuff and leaves the politics at the door. Join a group of experienced PvPers, many of us have been flying together for years and now are looking for others to join our group.
