Do they have a date or general time for the release. I know they said may but that was a while ago I just thought i would see when it was coming. I'm very excited on what it brings |

infact so late it may look suspiciously like June or August 
fear not, if a likely ETA approaches we'll know it, there's NO way to tell from far off what the code will bite you in the ass with tomorrow. You DON'T want a rushed patch. The linked systems being tinkered with now boggle my brain

will more elite frigs be out before shiva, or are thell all comming bundled with the cruisers in shiva, (was abit confused)

The last time I heard that addressed (think it was the gamespy chat?) the Devs said that Shiva would be out in May, but that Tech II items would continue to be introduced "through the summer". (Which would imply that they would continue after Shiva's release)
My understanding (albeit limited) is that Shiva will be mostly Corporate stuff and new stations and more administrative junk, while the Tech II stuff will continue to proceed slowly throughout.
