If i have a higher skill level do i slavage more?, I sometimes use 3-4 salvegers on the same ship does that make a differenc, If i get rigs do i salvage more items???

The salvage skill affects your chance of successful salvage per cycle. There's no way to get "more" salvage, only to increase the likelyhood of a successful cycle.
But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.

salvage skill raise you % of success. you need also a minimum level of skill to salvage some wrecks, for example you need salvage lv 4 to salvage faction wrecks ( and trust me.. they are worth to be salvaged)

I think you can salvage NPC mission BS wreck with any level of skill. Not sure though. You'll definitely need lvl4 to salvage T2 cruisers and BCs wrecks of player ships, and faction NPCs.
Juist train it to 4 and forget - AFAIK, no obkects in game require lvl5 salvaging or hacking.

Maybe lv2 , but im not sure .. training this skill to lv3 its a joke and there's not any reason to train bellow lv3. That told training to lv4 is usefull for the reasons stated above |

I salvaged with salvaging I for a long time and it works just fine on mission BS.
For that matter, I also think salvage tackle mods negate the need for Salvaging IV to salvage faction ships (probably the only thing stopping you from salvaging them is chance of success, not actual salvage skill, which means tackles will do the same thing).
My friend managed to salvage a 4.5m overseer spawn in World's Collide just fine with salvaging I and 3 tackles, and got T2 salvage from it.

Haven't been able to confirm it, but apparently tech 2 BSes (Marauders and Black Ops) require Salvaging 5.
