This character was listed before and no offers were made. Relisting it again in the hopes someone will be interested in it. I've also lowered the starting bid and the buyout price.
Do you want to get a Character that already has all the mining, manufacturing skills trained up? He can also fly all Amarr ships (from Frigate to Freighter) and is close to being able to fly a Carrier, Jump Freighter or Rorqual. He can also do T2 Ships invention for all races and also Capital Ship Construction.
