Has anyone had this happen to them?
Yes i freely admit i made hundreds of millions ganking people to get this sec status, but should i still be being scrammed, webbed and shot to lil bits by concord, hours and days after my last ganking attempt  (which failed miserably coz every item of the 75 or so popped! dem der breaks)?
I have petitioned this but rather than be told that, yes expect to be reprimanded for ganking continually, they said...
"We are sorry to hear about your ship loss. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse the ship as our server-side logs do not indicate that a bug/error within the game or a server related problem was the reason for your loss."
Yes i can go round high sec, and yes buddies can help me move **** but is this a massive bug? and any advice to help me get summat out of petitions?

sounds to me like youre not getting concorded and don't know how sec status works.
-2.0 and lower = you cant enter 1.0 systems without getting shot/jammed/scrammed and webbed by faction navy.

Faction Navy..(not Concord  ) will attack you in 1.0 space with that sec. Where is the bug?
1.0 -1.99
0.9 -2.49
0.8 -2.99
0.7 -3.49
0.6 -3.99
0.5 -4.49
So you should be fine everywhere except 1.0.
BTW, you do not use your standings to concord that are adjusted by diplomacy.

Dude, i'm trying to lower mine. Oh well, yeah, watch your sec in empire. Always fun to watch a m8 go boom when they realize they've just jumped into a +5
