Errr, what? Are you trying to quit? If so go to the "ceate account" tab in the left side of website, log in, and the "cancel subscription" button should be on the right side of the site.

It makes sense, in a very CCP way.
-In game, the only way to cancel a self destruct is to hit "Self Destruct"
-Out of game, the only way to cancel your subscription is to click "Create Account"

Could click "My Account" leads to the same place, just a differently named tab.
