In pure isk, 4.4bill is highest.
But i have had some char-trade offers and isk+item offers aswell, wich im still trying to determine the value of
Edit: I am mainly looking for isk only, but yes i will consider all serious offers

Current high is 4.6bill, but the guy who offered this is still trying to get the isk together, so not 100% if its a serious bid.
Started training Caldari and Amarr starship eng. and encryption methods, he should be able to build all t2 ships ingame in 10'ish days

If the buyer wants, alot of assets could be negotiated into the deal aswell. Everything u need to get the invention business started, incl highsec faction POS, datacores, decrypters, interfaces, bpo's, bpc's etc
