Hey Hey,
I've been looking at loadouts and have seen some regretful posts about ship choices. Since I have already trained towards Caldari I would love to hear input.
I'm mainly planning on hauling in and out of low sec.

IIRC the Bustard holds more, but unless you already have Caldari Industrial V, you're better off training for Gallente or Amarr; both hold more.

If you're going from hisec to lowsec frequently.
PG implant is because cranes are broken in terms of PG :(

if you carry 4k or so of suicide-gank worthy cargo, crane
if you wanna move fast down those pipelines with smaller amounts of cargo, crane
basically crane all the way. yeah, you can carry 30k in a bustard, but that doesn't do you too much good when you get popped during that 20-second align. an agility-rigged crane can align inside of 3 seconds and is nearly untargetable if you can cloak, mwd, and align, the uncloak and warp at the end of the mwd cycle

Crane aligns as fast as hell if u fit nanofiberII and inertiaII. Maybe some rigs if u can afford. Kinda hauler-inty:)
Lousy cargo btw, around 8k in best case without rigs.
Depends if u want to have lots of cargo or just want to break through some gatecamp...

I love my trusty old bustard, but then again.. I have never flown the crain. I like the flexibility of the bustard.
if you use an alt scout though it should not really matter which ship you fly. I have never lost a bustard in low sec. I have lost a few out in 0.0 though. (usually cuz I got lazy)
