Well, maybe a slight exaggeration but you get my point 
PA have delusions of adequacy. If a million monkeys and a million typewriters could write Hamlet, all it took was one monkey to make PA.

If someone from, ohhhh I don't know, lets say MASS, attacked an oberon inc ship in the middle of Venal, I am very very happy to hear that PA would consider it an attack by just MASS, and not an attack by the SA.

Just go to war with eachother. I find it highly amusing to see PA making agressive actions towards another alliance while they've been hiding in Venal for months to rebuild.
PA, get some balls and attack CA/XETIC. It's been looking like this for a week now, cancelling of NAPS and ships shooting eachother "by accident".

An alliance is responsible for all its member corporations. As long as CDI remains part of the PA, their actions reflect on the entire alliance, just like XETIC were to help Hegemonic Core defend against CDI agression even though other corporations may not have been attacked.
Now I don't know what sort of "beef" CDI even has with a XETIC corporation, they mainly keep to themselves, let alone go bother someone on the other side of the map.
There are only two ways this situation can be interpreted.
1. PA supports CDI in their assault, and will not compensate XETIC. That would mean an open act of war on XETIC by PA.
2. PA does not support CDI, in which case they should be either reprimanded or booted from the alliance if they are warmongering and attacking other people.

Some news for you PA - you're hated more than CA. Not because you're any more smacktalky and lame and prone to bouts of bullshittius maximus (a condition which only affects alliance members). You just don't pull it off with the same crass class that CA do.
Accept partial responsibility of your members actions or kick them out.

Basically the PA are too cowardly to A) confront their own alliance members and actually punish them. B) Take responsibility for their alliance members.
This whole "well if they dont do it in PA space we dont care attitude" is pathetic. If you want to be in an alliance, you represent your alliance, and your actions are liable to effect the whole, not just your corp. Thats the whole point of alliances.
Im sure if say an FA corp came into PA space and shot down a few CDI indies, the PA would turn round and say "aaaah well they shot at CDI we'll let em carry on thats CDIs problem"

Jesus Crist, I cannot believe the rabid dog syndrome purveying here. As I stated before, a CDI director is investigating the matter. Where does an official voice of the PA or CDI claim we are condoning this action???
Some of us actually work, have real lives and laundry to do. I am sorry that all of the "instant-gratification forum-w***es" like calvert and friends didnt get to see a rogue member get the instant boot based on one forum post. We actually like to hear both sides before passing a judgement as harsh as expulsion.
PA have not and never will condone piracy. This issue will be dealt with in a reasonable amount of time.
