Rum Runners' Syndicate [MEAD] is a newer corp working on establishing our name in eve. We are pvp orientated but work on doing everything together including mission running, mining, and industry. But mostly we love to fight together. Currently we are empire based and accept contracts and or declare war on whoever seems like a rewarding target! We are pirate friendly and do so ourselves quite often 
Mead's CEO and directors are all experienced vets coming from a large alliance and were at one time in the command staff of the same alliance/corp We formed mead to have a change in eve and to see how we could take our experience and show others new to the game or people themselves looking for a change to their game play.
We welcome noobs and vets alike and invite you to join our public channel (Got Rum?) to come hang out and get to know us and see if our corp is something you would enjoy. We are big on teamwork and would like to add some new faces to corp chat.
We do have a Team speak server for voice comm's and have an active website with forums and our killboard which can be seen at:

We will help newer players to the game with acquiring skills, ships, mods, ect to pvp with or whatever it is that youÆre interested in doing in eve. We will also help train players at pvp combat and do anything that we can to help improve your experience in Mead/EVE.
We try to run at least a couple pvp ops during the week and almost always on the weekend depending on what people we have available and what everyone is working on. Ops are always announced ahead of time so everyone has time to prepare and move ships and get help or anything prepared for them if they are newer to the game.
