Ilt's the fifth time that the client is acquiring bulk data 34/36 and when it's done the client close the connection. When i login then it restart to download the bulk data 34/36 then close the connection and so forth like a loop !

Try deleting the bulk data and cache folders on that client.
The bulk data folder can be found in the EVE directory itself; the cache is here:
2000/XP
C:\documents and settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\client_folder_location
Vista
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\client_folder_location

that simply not working.
this problem allready happend so many times.

I confirm, that's simply not working. I have erased all the bulk data and the cache and i have alway the same problem. It seems that your servers at tiscali and telia are unable to maintain a connexion...
What about a refund of my abonment (11 months) want i'm realy bored with all the technical problems of this game !

I like the way you resolve the problems of the players. I'm waiting 4 hours now for an answer to my petition. I want a refund !!!

is your RAM OK - run this ram checker
also try running the Logserver and issing a BR
