Ok, so the news story is titled: ISHUKONE STATEMENT: OTRO GARIUSHI CONFIRMED DEAD
It can be found on the main page. It says that the Admiral spoke on a local channel his parting words but does not say what they were.
Does anybody know what the Admiral Noir's parting words were?

My bet is that griefers bumped him maliciously because they suspected he farmed ISK.
In all seriousness though, this will likely bring a lot of old faces back to EVE providing it's handled and works properly. Which can only be good news.
