I just got into interceptors, and I intend to fly only Amarr ships, so can anyone help me out with a good tackling setup for a Crusader?
I currently have 5.8 mil SP and can fit T2 pulse lasers, but I can't fit T2 tackling gear yet.
Please, I would like reasonable setups, no EFT crazyness.
Thank you

Malediction is better for tackling tbh, but I use this.
[Crusader, pulse] Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II Overdrive Injector System II Capacitor Power Relay II
Faint Warp Prohibitor I 1MN MicroWarpdrive II
Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Scorch S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Scorch S
Energy Locus Coordinator I Energy Locus Coordinator I
Not so great for tackling since it just barely breaks 5k, but you can swap out TEs for ODs and go faster.
17km optimal range. __________________________________

Oh god that fit's horrible. You have two options with the Crusader. In small gangs with other dedicated scouts or tacklers fit for DPS.
[Crusader, DPS] Heat Sink II Nanofiber Internal Structure II Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II
Stasis Webifier II 1MN MicroWarpdrive II
Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Conflagration S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Conflagration S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Conflagration S Dual Light Pulse Laser II, Conflagration S
[empty rig slot] [empty rig slot]
Rigs to suit. It's a flying coffin tbh. Switch DLP II's for Gatling Pulse II's for better tracking but it damn well needs that HS II. Does 150 DPS and 6.3 km/s with lvl 4 Nav skills.
Or you can fit for ranged tackle.
[Crusader, New Setup 1] Nanofiber Internal Structure II Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II
Faint Warp Prohibitor I Catalyzed Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters
Dual Light Beam Laser II, Aurora S Dual Light Beam Laser II, Aurora S Dual Light Beam Laser II, Aurora S Dual Light Beam Laser II, Aurora S
[empty rig slot] [empty rig slot]
Fits without needing Advanced Weapons Upgrades. Does 6.8 km/s with lvl 4 Nav skills and can really screw over a missile Crow as it fires up to 26 km's. Your main objective would be to get a 24km point though it's pretty essential and not that much training. ---

The fit by terianna is actually really good. Its good for dog fights and decent for tackling. Its got range/speed to stay out of blaster ranis, and it can probably take out a stiletto even when webbed (or ares for that matter) as their tank/dps wont compare to yours.
If you want to be a dedicated tackler, fly a malediction.
And ogron, i have no idea why you would want to fly an inty with no point. And conflag S? you kidding me? Who still uses conflag these days. Go for Amarr navy MF. Almost comparable dps, no crappy drawbacks

The Crusader doesn't have a web, which means you should utilize entirely speed-enhancing modules in your low-slots. Otherwise, just about any interceptor you engage is simply going to run away when a fight doesn't go his way.

I do... apply t2 wherever possible, otherwise best named
Highs: 4 x dual light beam laser II (Usually load with Infrared/Microwave, since tracking is otherwise a huge issue at these speeds. Use Aurora for bigger targets, then it's fine)
Mids: 1 x 1mn mwd II 1 x warp disr II
lows: 1 x overdrive II 2 x nanofiber II 1 x tracking enhancer II
Rigs: Auxiliary Thruster
With this setup, you don't need to slow down to hit stuff, given you use the regular crystals (unless, of course, you're shooting something tiny while orbiting)

If you are tackling I would go for the malediction since it has 3 med slots.
otherwise a good Crusader setup is.
- High 1 medium pulse laser2 3 dual light pulse laser2(Scorch default ammo, with faction or t1 multifreq in cargo) - Meds 1 mwd2 + 1 meta 3 or 4 warp disrup. (no point fitting t2 warp disrup even if you can)
- Low 2x overdrive2's 2x nano2
now go hunt other interceptors and watch them die, and yes you can still tackle.

Crusader Tackling:
High:
4x Dual Beam Laser II (Aurora S)
Medium:
1x 1MN MWD II 1x Warp Disruptor II
Low:
3x Overdrive Injector II 1x Inertia Stabilizers II
Warp Scrambling Range: 24km Optimal Firing Range (Aurora S): 23km Average Large Nos/Neut Range: 24km Speed: 6.5km/sec+ (Depending on skills/rigs, etc...)
So you stay out of webbing range, your optimal is just under scrambling range, you can quickly get out of nos/neut range if tackling a bs/Curse/Carrier/etc... Used this fitting (usually with speed rigs) on many occasions ranging from small raiding parties to tackling several FIX/MC Carriers back in Querious.
