Dear citizens of EVE.
It appears we have Cuban communist murderers amongst our mids.It is my belief that the only way to purge these infidels of their unamerican orthodox ways is to annihilate them before they unleash annihilation onto us.
We will commence evacuating every warm blooded, capitalist citizen to their designated fallout shelter.Diplomacy is futile, the cubans are making unearthly and insane demands.The cuban embargo on food, water and low-rider bouncy automobiles shall not be lifted.We do not give in to terrorism!

i dont se how Cuba and October of 1962 could be related to the world of EVE? and how it could be possible for allmus to have any relationship to a regim that is several 1000 years old and spawned far away into another galaxy.
