Afaik the ONLY scams not allowed involve CCP approved real market trades, i.e. Characture trades and GTC/ETC sales. It has been repeated many times by CCP officials ect. that it IS LEGAL to scam on the forums. Best of luck with your lotto and i hope you do turn out to be an honest seller.
