I'm pirating with some friends in low sec, we're doing well with three frigates, but sometimes it feels like we lack firepower.
I wanted something cheap to fix that, with a bit of tank too.
What do you think of:

why bother with an unbonused rocket launcher when the benefits of a single IFF will outweigh the tech one launcher? Downgrade the guns to 150s if you want an alternative to more fitting or consider some named gear, not the best naturally, but something other than t1.

Replace the web with a medium shield extender and put gyrostabilizers in the lows.

This. MSE on frig sized = win. Destroyers have big sigs and you shouldn't be fighting anything bigger than yourself anyway.

IMO the only short range Thrasher worth flying. Yes, I fit my Thrashers with T2 because small t2 is usually cheap :P
On paper it doesn't work, but in action it does. In reality you shouldn't kill anything with this ship cause you have no point but interestingly enough inties and other small ships usually assume stupid stuff once they are webbed :P
TBH I'd fly with artillery cause your ass is toast if you find a crow :P
EDIT: You can prolly get away with throwing 400mm plate on the low in place of one gyro and use a disruptor in addition to the web. That kills your speed even more, but may prove much more useful in some situations.

My autocannon Thrasher is like that, except only the weapons are tech 2, and I use a warp disruptor instead of a web.
