I know it¦s been asked several times but no dev or GM answered. So I¦m asking again. What does this skill do exactly(except for using shield hardeners)???

What is everyones big deal with requiring a dev to answer every damn question, players do upon occassion actually know what they're talking about.

Description of Tactical Shield Manipulation
Operation of shield hardeners and other advanced shield modules
Bonus: 5% reduced chance of damage penetrating the shield.

As far as i know.. it reduces the damage leaking to your armor when your shield is lower then 25%.

Correct...this can actually be noticeable figures.
When I had a fight with somekind of Gurista pilot 30k or something he took out my shield and I noticed that my armor had lost 10% before the shield was gone. I was in an Omen. |
