I just slapped a Siege Warfare Link - Shield Efficiency mod on my carrier and it didn't do anything. It's suppose to decrease my shield booster's capacitor usage but I got nothing. The Shield Harmonizing one increases my resists like it's suppose to so I think I'm doing it right but I can't get the shield efficiency mod to work. Does it purposely not work with capital shield boosters or is it just broken?
My apologies if this has been asked and answered, eve-search is timing out, the eve-o forum search option gave me crap and the big sticky didn't seem to mention anything about use with capital ships.

Both the shield rep cycle time & the shield cap use links (as well as the ones for armor) do not work with capital sized modules. It should also be noted that crystal implants have 0 effect on the capital shield reps. The other bonuses/gang links still function, so enjoy the 10%/15% bonus to shield HP, etc.
This has been a long standing situation for balance reasons. It should be noted that Slave sets do work on cap ships, making them a must have for just about every MS/titan armor tanker in the game.

CCP isn't big on informing their customers. It'd be funnier if they were a parcel delivery service. ...they'd probably have the name UPS (read oops).
