It took a while to identify and fix the issue as we couldn't get some lossmails from the irc/ed killboards. Smash has never claimed that our killboards have been anything close to being accurate.

Chomapuraku Caldari Templar Republic R0ADKILL	Posted - 2008.05.20 22:03:00 - [58] our losses are posted automatically to our corp kb every few hours, and the corp kb auto-synchs with the main kb twice a day (as long as the rk kb is online, with at least 50% of its monthly bandwidth allotment remaining, and there's enough CPU and grid on the main kb to do so). the new API is great. for instance, i provide my full API key, and theis bacon extension i downloaded automatically generates a forum personality based on my pvp and pve activity. then i just ctrl-c that info to this EVE macro program i downloaded, and it automatically poasts in COAD for me! good work CCP! and a special thanks to goonfleet for writing the ****-Poast (TM) macro!
