Thanks for your comment. The reason I have not added the sniper rule is a simple one Auction closes at the given time make your bids by that time. I will bow down to the consensus of opinion on this matter if I get feedback asking for sniper rule then I will of course apply one.

Buy Out for all 20 BPO's as a set 32bil. Which I think is quite cheap given the revenue that can be generated plus the time and effort to collect these BPO's. I have been asked quite a few times in game to set a buy out.

I'd like to suggest a Sniper Rule of at least 5 minutes, as well.
The point of the Sniper Rule is to ensure that the bidder who is willing to pay the most, rather than the bidder who's clock is most precisely synced with the forum, wins. Ultimately this gives some predictability to bidders and also helps the seller get the full market price.
