Ok, so you've got an alliance sitting around. You pay your fees every month (afaik). But it is just sitting there... doing NOTHING!
Well, I'd like to own an alliance and I'd like to get one, but I don't want to spend 1B just to get one. I'd rather take over yours.
Let me know if you have one available.

You know that alt you have holding that alliance could be doing something else. Why not free yourself from the waste of keeping your alliance in mothballs.
Still looking for an alliance to buy. I saw one sold recently for about 600-700M. Just so you know.

Great opportunity for you to free yourself of that "dead" alliance. You can even make a little isk off of the deal.

If you decide this isn't working and still want to have have an alliance I can make one for you. I have done this 16 times for various people. (See Alliance Creation link below)

Thanks. I appreciate the offer. I'd rather not spend the 1B to create yet another alliance. I'd rather just adopt one that is mothballed.

Have you looked at the total number of alliances recently? It is insane... and I don't want to add to the insanity by making another alliance. How about selling me your mothballed, dust collecting, isk-sink of an alliance?

Thanks... I have the skills to create my own corp. And I can create an alliance... I just don't want to spend 1B isk when there are mothballed alliances out there.

Maybe you can split the 1 bil with another corp or two - oh but that would mean forming an alliance ;)

Or my friends and I can split the cost that I got the mothballed alliance for, which saved us 100s of millions of isk.
