Does anyone know why I cannt use a level 2 agent when it says I need an effective faction, corp, or personal standing of at least 1.15 to use this agent and my corp has a standing of 3.66 and I still cant use the agent?
This is just one example of it. All the other corps my corp is in good standings with deny me the use of level 2 agents even though I have the required corporation standing.
Am I missing something?

I think it was determined, (at least by me and my corp mates), that you need 2 of the 3 standing reqs

Naah can't be, I can use all Gallente Corporations level 3 agents, although only Faction standing requirement is met. |

Well my corp mate says he can get level 2 missions with the corp standing but for some reason I can't...

You must look at your PERSONAL standing.
you are looking the your corp towards AGENT/agent's corp/agent's federation
that's wrong.
you must look at yourself towards AGENT/agent's corp/agent's federation
So you have two lines there:
Nomad Inc.: 5.0
Kiyama: 1.0
Your standing is 1.0, not 5.0.
I was doing same mistake.. at first;)

It's a shame standing of your corp towards NPC corps/factions seems so useless atm.
Would be particularly useful for stuff like refining, ie I have a small corp of just me and a guy who lives with me, I've done lots of missions so can get the we take on a refine down to 0, yet I have no refining skills. He has high refining skills but low standings, would be useful if the standing of my corp would allow him to benefit by reduced we take when refining too.
