When training 'Command' skills, my perception went up a point; 17 to 18. I assume then that, when you train skills, the primary attribute required for that skill will over time increase!?
With this being so, dose any one know exactly how this works?
How many skill points do you need to have trained on skills where intel is a primary for example for it to incease by one point?
I know of the 'learning' skills that can increase your attributes by 5, and the new, soon to be out Adv learning skills to further increase your attribs by 5.
If someone could let me know how the attributes increase via training other skills id be most great full. :)
Cheers.

Attributes do not increase through training other skills than the relevant learning skills or the Learning skill (increase all attributes by 2% per level)
I assume it's either a memory lapse or display bug you experienced --

It would be pretty cool if things worked that way. -------

Ok, I assume you trained 'learning' too, the description of what this skill does is slightly out to what it displays for your character.
If you have it at lvl4 you get an 8% boost to your stats, so when you hit 13 you will have 'gained' an odd point in the attibutes window.
if you had learning lvl5 you will show an attribute of 22 instead of 20 if you have any attribute that high.
its all due to that %age ;)

Here is the formula for Final Attributes
(Base atrribute + implant + Atrribute skill ) x (1+(0,02 x learning skill lvl)) = Final attribute
This is why your Attribute is higher than you thought it would be.
