While I know this is a bit early, will the " same faction " be able to attack each other? Example corp A joins Caldari and corp B also joins, can corp A attack corp B even if they are on the same " side "? Only ask this since I know Eve players exploit every means to attack others, and fair play doesn't exist in this game.

Currently there is no reason to believe that they will be able to attack each other unless they declare war using the current mechanics.
It appears that they will be able to war dec each other even if they have joined the same faction.

The devs did specify that repeatedly killing members of your own militia will eventually get you kicked out due to low standings. ---- Infiniband can do more than just prevent lag |

Not if you are the member of a corp with 2 alts that each have +5.75 for each member that is out killing militia mates.

However, you won't get CONCORDed for bringing a smartbombing Raven to the party and "accidentally" lighting it up while in formation with a bunch of frigs around you.
See, there are some positives to FW!

It is tempting, but first we need to wait and see how much trust people will misplace in those belonging to the same militia.
You will definately want to watch peoples standings carefully to make sure they are not traitors.

There's trust in Eve? Wow. Which expansion was that brought in with? Or is it something new for FW?
Seriously though, I don't think it will change a lot of things. There will still be noob gank-bait. There will still be gankers. There will still be scammers. There will .... You get the idea.
