I starded doing missions for sansha. The corp is True Power. Then i got a storyline by True Creations..... I finish the mission, but it do not affect my standing toward True Power!! So my way to get high level agent is going to be extremely far!
How come that i didn't get the storyline by the same corporation, or at least why that didn't affect my rating with that corp?

It's simply because when you get a storyline, it's from the nearest storyline agent from where you ran your last mission.
The only way to guarantee that your storylines will affect your mission running corp's standings is to make sure that the closest storyline agent for your faction is in one of your mission-running corps.

or just make sure you have a storyline agent in your mission running station. :) _______________ Pwett CEO, Founder, & Executor <Q> QUANT Hegemony

Pwett summed it up, but just in case it's not clear...you're only guaranteed to get a storyline from the nearest agent of the same -faction-. If that agent is from a different corp in the same faction, naturally you'll get standings with that corp, not with the the one you've been running agents for. (In addition to the faction standings and individual standings with that agent.)
So if you want to get storyline standings gains with a particular corp, you'll want to keep that in mind when selecting your regular mission agent.
There are a couple of sneaky ways around this. First off, it checks the nearest agent at the time you turn in your 16th xlevel/yfaction mission, so it can be worth running that last one with a different agent.
Second, the game doesn't allow you to have multiple storylines active with the same agent. So if you have a storyline offer and do another 16 missions before it expires, the game will select the -next- nearest agent for that one. And so on.
