While he hasn't faced any penalties yet, there's every indication this can only lead to disbarment. He was found guilty by the mediator, a judge, and her findings will be given to the Florida Supreme Court to decide judgment, which is basically like sentencing in criminal cases, as my understanding goes. Yays for all gamers (and logical, well-grounded thinkers). Edit - Gamepolitics is currently being pummeled by enthusiastic and celebratory gamers, so it may take few tries for the link to work.
