I have tried several approaches but cant decide on fastest way to set up pos gunner alts. I deally I would like to have 2 on each account that have anchoring 5 and can operate 4 pos guns. If you have made character please tell me how as I have become frustrated. Tried whathas been suggested and it doesnt do it ! shooting pos guns from day 1 please.

When I did this, I just made a high memory character with charisma for the extra points.
Both the skills a gunner needs (Anchoring and Starbase defense management) are memory primary and charisma secondary.
She's a
Minmatar - Verhokior - retailers - industry - prospector (put 3 into memory, 2 into charisma)
gives you a starting stats of
mem 18, char 11
train cybernetics I, then plug in some cheap implants
train 2 or 3 levels of empathy
train 2 or 3 levels of the advanced memory (she starts with instant recall IV)
Then start the long haul to anchoring V, Starbase defence management IV.
I doubt this was the most efficient way but it's what I did.
Took about a week, I think.

EveHQ ftw (Just give it the Anchoring 5 Pos Gun 4 requisite) then once you have made your char, plug it into either EveHQ or EVEMon to figure out which learning skills are optimal.
