Here's a question regarding war decs in the Empyrean Age.
If my corporation is part of a militia, can it still declare war and be declared on by other corps/alliances?

What about a corp with the same militia, ie both in caldari state? or Corp A in Caldari and Corp B in Amarr?

To extend the previous question, what is the effect on militia people ganged up with other militia people from a war decced corporation? If normal rules apply I see tons of Lofty scams on the horizon.
People will try to form a militia gang in high sec to do a mission/complex and after 2 jumps they will find a gatecammp in high sec tailored for them by the corporation wardeccing 1 of the members.
If CCP don't want to change gang rules for the militia gangs we need a fast system to check who is at war and what wars (I suppose all the militia members will give the warning that they are at war, so no chance of verify who has wars outside FW reading the warning). |

No.
It's an NPC corp.
I refer you to my 'if not, why not' bit?
This is a pvp corp so no need to protect newbies. You could even make faction navies attack anyone who is declared against their militia.
This also gives an opening for loyalist alliances to get involved without needing to disband.
