To give you a little background, I recently seized my husband's inactive account and decided to get rid of his old characters since he no longer plays  . Apparently, this character was a pirate/PvPer back in the day, but has been inactive for so long that old enemies are not likely. He has around 851,981 isk and a 2.3 sec rating (A pirate with a 2.3 sec rating? Yeah right, hun  ), but when you take a look at his assets, he probably has... eh... 200m - 250m worth of goodies remaining. I didn't clean him out. Admittedly though his best stuff, including the minerals, is in 0.0 space. I'll put up screenshots of the assets if requested.
Anyway, I'm not going to waste any more of your time.
Price: 2.2b
I'll pay for the transfer of course. Go!

Comes with a fitted interceptor, and like I said, easily over 200m worth of assets in minerals and ships (cruisers, ceptors, etc.) Also appears to have a fitted BS in Goonswarm space, if that matters.

Let me get this straight, this is your HUSBANDS account? You've gained access to after he quit (*cough* account sharing *cough*) and now your selling his characters when you don't own the account your husband does?

My husband owns both and pays for both. He was the one who suggested selling the character too. Just FYI. |

Yeah, fishy-fishy... I don't trust second, hearsay, hand account sellers. I see trouble ahead for any bidder on this account with the actual "husband" account holder.
Potential lost isk
My husband owns both and pays for both. He was the one who suggested selling the character too. Just FYI.

You guys do realize CCP bans for account scams, right? Do you really think I'd scam you and get both accounts banned?
Obviously I'm going to have to wait a while and start a new thread later, since this one is clearly going to be trolled into oblivion for me committing the deadliest sin of being too honest.

Considering one, your grammer sucks and your a sock account; I hope she does get ban if she is scamming. The point is not if "she knows" the point is THIS IS HER HUSBANDS ACCOUNT NOT HER'S. She said he "Suggested" it be sold, this is called hearsay, and CCP will not give the winning bidder their isk back. \
In layman's term, the risk is very high that any bidder is going to get fuked on this one.

The issue is not that she won't transfer, she may well do.
HOWEVER, what happens if in a month her husbands wants his char back? All he has to do is say his account was hacked (by his wife) and **** will hit the fan.

Dont be daft, even if something like that happens, you can petition and link this page.
She already said selling the character was her husbands idea...

You've publicly admited trying to sell a character that isn't yours, not good for you. Whether you had permisson or not, account sharing IS against the EULA.

She didnt even said she is using both two accounts, she may very well be handling the auction in return of the ISK, not to mention her husband is paying both accounts.

* is that price final ? He is a bit too spread out I think for that price, learnings not complete, seems a bit low on mechanic, electronics, engineering and I'd like a bit more drones. But still... could train into this and that with fair ease.

1. Most assets, including most of the minerals, are in J4UD at an NPC station. There's probably 60-70m in minerals (mega and zyd), plus a further few tens of millions of ISK worth of things in terms of gear and ships at that station. I'd say easily most of the gear is retrievable.
2. The price is very negotiable. I was going to lower it 200-400m before the shenanigans began.
