This ships have lots of low losts and 3 rigs (capable of 3 polycarbon) so they reach easily +4000 m/s (Stabber Fleet Issue reach 6300 with 3 polys and mixed overdrives/nanofibers).

If you are willing to pay 100m for cruiser (even lets say 50m for tier1) and 180mil for polys? Who stops you - its as vulnerable to killing as 5mil cruiser.

Kinda suggests that nanos are not such an issue?
Or at that they've acknowledged that gank and tank is obsolete on the sub bc level.

tbh, im also somewhat concerned in this area. Although obviously not your average implant setup (snakes) with a full t2 fit (t1 polys, mwd, nanos etc) and no faction gear, i was able to get a CN Osprey (which i hereby copyright 'NanOsprey') to 9kms. 100m for a cruiser is nothing - And even more so if the said pilot doesnt need all the hac skills to achieve such a speed. Nanohacs are annoying and somewhat overpowered - But atleast they is a specialisation to them. These ships require no specialisation.

Perhaps the real idea is make it possible for people to play in the nano realm w/o T2 cruiser investments/skills.
Obviously inties are fairly accessible and can reach that speed, but you'd need quite the swarm to take down a group of HACs.

So without snakes its around 6km/s. And how does it beat your average interceptor? Coz i can bet i can kill one of those ospreys in my t2 fit malediction :)
Also its 200m for cruiser+polys, around 250m for sth that can die to 2-3 well placed shots from battleship. Tell me why you dont see poly fleet stabbers everyday? And comparing this thing to HAC is not even worthy - its not speed that kills but damage - that nanoosprey can prolly deal damage of a frig (did i guess it right?).

Navy Vex.
3 mids. So, x1 LSE, MWD, Scram. No cap. Don't work so well.

the Navy Osprey might see a lot of use as a much lighter and faster Cerb, but I dread to think the kind of cap issues I'm going to run into... ...

why would I want to move that fast when I can sit at the beacon and tank and still move 3000m/s?
I mean you can't go out of range if I understand correctly.
