How do you people make ur banners I've tried using Adobe Photoshop...but no success.

Try using more than one graphics package. I use a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. They are both excellent packages.....for doing different things. Between them they make a *near* perfect combination.

You got the wrong program I'am afraid. Adobe Photoshop Elements is used for quick editing of images that comes from digital cameras, scanners and such, just as it says on the website. What you need is the regular "Adobe Photoshop x.x", if you don't have a version of it you can download a trail here. Opening ought be just as easy as click and drag there. Again, GL.

Hello there,
Making banners is alot of fun...just don't do it at 3 in the morning.
We found out the size restrictions are 120px X 400px...but not both at the same time. And no more than 30kb total squared. And I think the total file size cannot exceed 15kb...
Something like that. Have fun and be creative!

Cheers for the input so far guys... im downloading Adobe Photoshop 7 as i type this. I hope that'll work.
How do i take screenshots in Eve, cos my client doesnt like me using the old "Print Screen" key.

Try shift-print screen it should copy the active window window. You then open photoshop and paste.

I used Paintshop Pro 7.0 for mine. It was able to do everything I wanted. The only hurdle was that I had to use a separate utitlity to translate Eve's images from .dds to another format as 7.0 doesn't support .dds.

When your logged in to the website, below forums it says settings. Go there.
Select your character that needs a signature.
Press the button signature and then add the url where you host your singature between tags, there.
[ img]www.enteryoururlhere.com [ /img]
When you type that out leave the blankspaces away.

i made my banner in photo shop.. had to invert the colors in windows xp paint LOL but juste xperement with it... it took me a while to understand it all

Photoshop CS is king, download that and start playing around with it. Go through some tutorials on the web and things like that, it's really just a matter of getting used to the program and learning how to use the tools and what they can be used for.
CS is newer and better than 7.0 (though 7.0 is still a very good program).
Frank, to invert in photoshop just select the area you want to invert and press ctrl+i ;)
