Most particularly WTF WHY? The choice of 60 days increment over 30 days is a strange one. One would assume that you build up from the lowest increment...which is 30. The time code changes apparently "simplifies" it for CCP (guess they need it simplified as they posted recently that different time codes are showing up as 50 days). Subscribers, that have read the faq -> account subscription and timecode forum stickies, should not have issue except their first code purchase. The changes to the GTC system will have impact on individuals with limited finances (no cash/credit card) or multiple accounts. Currently I am maintaining four accounts that are paid off for few months past the deployment date, though I am using one character as active while others train with +5 sets. The cost of the future time code at $35 will probably end up costing approximately 600-800 million isk extra every three months for my four accounts using the new code system over the 90 days (if isk per $ value of GTC stands). Minus well rename eve to EVE: WORK SIMULATION...IN SPACE. There is a need for a change to the system though. The value of the eve store codes were less than desirable especially when factoring the delivery time. The value of the authorized time code sellers and the subscription were the same, but I am sure that CCP made less due to commission for sales to those sites. Irregardless of their reason, the changes are too large for comfort as the changes will will require players to spend $13.50 or make 150-200 mil extra per account every 90 days. P.S. The three backup accounts have had long trains recently finished. One of the training time was on time as I marked on my spreadsheet used to track characters. The other two were late by 4 hours...both by same time lost. After reading some other posts about such mystery losses and past experience with characters that somehow trained skills to same level multiple time back to back, I am starting to wonder wtf is going on lol.
