- When you destroy a wreck that belongs to your militia you lose sec status, faction standing, and gain aggro of your own faction's sentry guns over and over again.
[*]When you remote rep someone in your militia who is flashy red from sec status or other action, you become flagged as well while losing sec status, faction standing, etc as mentioned before. [*]There is also some form of loss similar to aiding flashy red people, but I haven't been able to put my finger on it yet. I think it has to do with aggro against neutrals and is based on a who shot who first basis.
Dont tell me I should lose standings to my militia/faction if I blow up our mothership wreck to deny the loot to our enemies. I understand there has to be some line drawn to keep greifers from joining in and team killing, but isn't there some way to work around this? Otherwise, faction warfare is just the first noob-corp styled alliance. It limits are a huge turnoff when compared to an actual alliance.
Why should my militia put me at a lower standing when I keep a militia-mate from dying by providing remote aid.
I talked to a BH about it and he suggested making a thread about this and if a dev responds, to copy a link into a BR.

its exactly same with corpmates. If you help blinking red corpmate you get flagged too. Nothing changed.

Giving assistance to another player earns you the same aggression flags.
Shooting wrecks? Well, you're in an NPC corp... There is no authorized friendly fire, it would lead to too much griefers ganking their milicia members. And the way to fight the FW would become like 'who can shoot more pilots from inside?' game... It would suck! -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast !

or just suck it up and destroy wreck. Whoa! whole 0,5% sec status hit - you will prolly become inta-pirate etc. meh. Also itsa not like you will"pop friendly MS wrecks" 24/7. I doubt you will ever see friendly MS wreck to be honest.

If you assist someone who is criminaly flagged then you become criminaly flagged.
The only thing I have a problem with is that if you assist someone who has an outlaw sec-status (-5.0) you get criminaly flagged even if the person you are assisting is NOT criminal at the moment. IMO you should not get the criminal flag unless the person you are assisting is criminal or you are assisting someone who is in a system they are not allowed to enter because of their sec status (i.e. a 0.5 for a -5.0, or a 1.0 for a -2.0). But this is of course is just a rant and has nothing to do with FW.
