RA/Goons are looking for a new home since BOB is coming back for what belongs to them. The goons need an excuse why they are/will lose the south. "We were busy fighting smashkill in the north so we had no time to fight BOB and save our space oh'well we did not want it anyways"

To answer the question "where did the Goons go wrong?" by itself is impossible. Go wrong at what? To people like Jasmine/JF, they failed to bring a new angle of thinking to what they deem as an old and jaded community. They are upset the opportunity to do something entirely new was squandered. Instead they fell into the same habits that I see a thousand other corporations making. I'm sure some Goons will disagree, but the simple fact that you are new to EVE and everything is new to YOU doesn't mean we haven't seen it all beforesquabblerabblerabbleandsoonandforth

Didn't The Mule ruin the Seldon Plan?
He was an annomaly that almost ruined it, but the second foundation stepped in (under the influence of Gaia) and set things straight. Praise be to the great Harry Seldon, and his prophet Salvor Hardin.
I think the mule was part of Gaia himself, but galaxia was chosen in the end so the seldon plan is null and void.
