Then he changes his name to Person B and spends all the money. Once broke, change name to Person C and repeat with step 1. Can be done with Alts, right now. Trivial question Because CCP disagrees? I mean there are dev quotes about this. Basically saying it's your identity and you are going to have it for the end of EVE unless it's offensive.

I do not care one way or another if this happens. I just came into the thread to let you know this idea has been brought up many times and we've gotten a developer response at least once in which they said it will never happen. Your name is your identity. If you want a nickname, you can indicate your nickname in your bio. Nope it would not as you would have to know what the scammer changed their name to, unless you wanted to go through the game looking at every charater until you found them
