its a ridiculously high price.
if you can sell it for 250 mil than we'll sell our corp hangar there as well

Outer Ring is claimed and controled by NORAD. So who ever buys this office will be wasting isk since we allow no mining.

NORAD can't lay down a blockade. I went out into their home system without a problem. Listened to a bit of smacktalk and then left again after realising I wasn't welcome.

Really? Let me know when and where and well break it for ya... Norad is loosing ships every day. Alot to Geeklab, and what impresses me is that an alliance of 400 people cant keep there home system safe. Its actually funny as heck...

Just to clearify the Subject. It doesnt matter who buys the office, they'll not be allowed to Mine at all.
As for Drac. your forceing Noobs ie Rebel Mining Corp. help you guys. We killed all of ya'lls battleships.
We ran ya'll out of OR for about a month 1/2. You just popped back up after mining in ya'lls alt corp to rebuild ya'lls battleships. Norad doesnt setup Blockades. we're usually fighting pirates in sydicate keeping the area some what safe.
You can spout all kinds of propangda on these forums, but the truth is in game.

this is a market fourm folks no need to go into who killed who on this one, but as Evil said earlier this office is in an aliance controled space so if anyone does buy the office then please be aware of what you are getting yourself into.

I have an office out there and Nonad don't stop me from mining in the evenings.
I think it is ridiculously high priced, but would love to see the corp that can afford it come out and lay waste to Nonad... they don't like miners and my corp is mainly a mining corp. I used to do alot of mining out in the region and now mainly mine in the evenings when Geeklab controls the system. They are much friendlier and keep the skies friendly for all ....
I can't wait to meet my new neighbor, I think I will ask them for a loan, Nonad has blown up 2 indies so far of mine.... of course the arknor and bistot and crokite that I get make up for it, but generous neighbors are always friendly. The region was controlled by the ORS for awhile and they were anti pirate, but now Nonad has moved in and you can see by their posts they are not so friendly....
anyway good luck selling and good luck and welcome to my new neighbor!

Im a nice neighbor, and RMG went on thier own accord, to thier own office, but back to the auction... Hmm wish I could bid but already have an office there...
And a month and a half? whatever. Anyway Ill be a nice neighbor if you want techno what kinda indy you need? Ill fly it up to you if needed or I can bring BPCs up.
Also whomever gets this office please send me a message so I can welcome you as well.
