The only thing we know for sure is that you received large ammounts of isk "from macro ratters, miners, account hacker". The diffrence your and a GM's claim is that you did it not by giving them money in rl but by blackmailing them. None of both versions can be proven (if you come up with a chatlog: this could be also a fake chat to cover up your story). So we have to look at the circumstances and see if they make at least a little sense. In your other posts you say you applied the lofty scam to "fmacro ratters, miners, account hacker" while receiving large ammounts of cash in ransoms. Why would someone pay you any ransome if you had really caught him with the lofty exloit ? Because he has your word ? A word of someone who just asked for help and now tries to blackmail him ? Everyone with a little brain would expect you to blow him up after he pays the ransom anyways (since you already lied to him for your profits less than 5 min ago). It's not realistic that someone paid you a large sum. And even if, why did the money go to a char that "sat docked for his entire EVE carrier" instead of the one who was actually engaged in tackeling the farmer/miner down ? That just adds to the fishyness of your story. "Macro ratters" won't use expensive ships, nothing to ransom here either, btw. how did you ransom a macro program, or is that some kind of built-in feature of the newer versions ? And how did you scam "account hackers" ? Lofty and such wouldn't work here, so you knew they hacked someone and instead reporting them, you blackmailed them to pay you something ? The more one thinks about the story, the clearer it becomes: you bought isk and try to excuse this with a rediculous story, offered to the wrong audience. Apparently you bought isk more than once, so you should get a harsher punishment then just setting your account to negative, i think you deserve a ban or something.

In the few cases I have needed help from the GM's it has always been fair (sometimes more than fair) and reaction time has been reasonable.
