Key things I'm looking for:
-At least +7 to attributes from learning skills (not including Learning)
-Attribute distribution nuetral to perception heavy. Good base attributes in general.
-At least 1-4mil in Gunnery. At least T2 small energy turret, medium if applicable to character.
-Navigation high is a big plus.
-Must have Engineering/Electronics V, Cap skills at IV or better.
-Need at least Frigate V.
-500k+ in Drones is a big plus
I'll take a look at any Amarr PvP char within the SP range, so don't be afraid to post if you don't meet precisely the above.
++Budget: Depends on char =).
Evemail is fine, or post here. I'll need a link to a skill-list/attribute.
