I'm looking for a throw around ship that I can use while I train some of the long skills so I can get my feet wet. I've been itching to use cruisers instead of frigates since I have a little money and I want to be able to take on more targets.
Any recommendations?

Look at your skills and work out which cruiser you can fly the best. No good me saying vexor/thorax if you don't have gallente ships, hybrid guns, drones and armour tank skills.
