Hi guys,
I recently started doing missions so i could earn some isk for my pirating, and in a few days ill be able to do L4 missions, which appartently is where the money's at. I used to rat in 0.0 for my money, but i dont have 0.0 access anymore :P
Anyway, I lost my raven a while back and havent thought about buying a new one untill now. While talking to someone they said that i could do L4's in my cerberus. Which would be awesome because then i dont have to buy a new raven and i prefer my cerberus anyway (also im still a few isk short of a raven and i already gota cerberus :P)
So is it possible? and what kind of setup would i use?

I'm no expert by far, but I'd fit it like a mini-raven. Actually, I would sell it, and mission with a raven. That's just IMO, though. You might have trouble dealing as much DPS as needed, plus the tank won't be uber either. It will be like doing L4s in a drake, without the security of an ubertank.

you'd be surprised - knock out the web frigates and cruisers first, keep your transverse over 250 and the bs wont hit you, literally. Jus be cautious and keep moving, if u stop you will prolly die. Should be able to tank a good 6-8 bs np with this sorta setup just from the fact that they wont hit you.

It's definitely possible, but it will go faster if you just buy a Raven.

Only problem is you lack a buffer so if there is a mission with many webb inties you need to remember to load precision and take them out asap ... other than that it has no problems... oh and it will take a while to kill top end BSs if you dont have the correct dmg type missle (loss of DPS outside kinetic etc)
Personally I thought it was more fun than CNR

Whilst you are short on isk right now, you will quickly fix this on lvl4's. I run missions with a lvl4 quality 18 agent, and can earn 100mil if I put a good session into missions, salvaging and looting where convenient and trading in the LP for stuff to sell on the market.
My advice would be, sell Cerberus and get Raven. Fit it for maximum tank to start with and use Caldari Navy Cruise Missiles for extra damage. Then as you make some ISK and get more familiar with the lvl4's you can trim the tank and up the damage. Use the best lvl4 agent you can as these will give you the most LP. I get about 7,000 LP per decent kill mission.
Then you will be able to afford to buy your Cerberus back in no time, and with some lvl4 mission experience you will know which ones you fancy trying the Cerberus.
Buy a Navy Raven as soon as you can as this increases speed at which you can complete missions at and more safely.
