PC9 is Huzzah Alliance area.. Havent heard of any war but could be. Since Notoriety lives close by etc.

It's almost definitely shuttles. Just get a freighter(maybe not a freighter)/carrier/hauler, fill it with shuttles, eject them, then kill them. They come out fully assembled and owned by the guy who ejected them. Then just smartbomb them. Or DD them heh.
You can do this in Empire with Concord as well. Lags like crazy.

The extremely specific number of voices made me laugh out loud, for real.
As for what's going on in PC9, I have no clue, but I'm glad to hear it's full of hot blooded action.

about 10k with a bpo researched a bit and the minerals.
Also, that was a shuttle sloughter... mom brings in assload of shuttles (how many fit?) and titan to dd and watch many 'oooh aaah' explosions.

Ooops, my bad. There was a party of Japanese tourists wandering round in shuttles, so I went to say hi, but just as I opened com channels I felt an uncomfortable burbling sensation in my lower extremities which I figured must have been the Vindaloo I'd made the night before.
Next thing I know I'm waking up in my clone station with the memory of a nasty taste in my mouth.
My killmail list is still loading, the progress bar reads 4 days to completion.....
