These are the pre-requisite skills for Exhumers. Taking Exhumer to level 3 will allow you to fly a Hulk. Character also has Kernite Processing 4 so can use t2 crystals. Check above link for other skills. Also Ice Harvesting 4 is finishing in an hour of this post.
Gallente Industrial 5
Along with Spaceship Command 5 this gives you the pre-reqs for Advanced Shacehip Command and Gallente Freighter. Taking these both to level 1 will allow you to fly an Obelisk.

Comes with 4 research agents (1 spare slot):
Quantum Physics (Lvl 4 Qty 13) 63.21 / day
