You need to have Propulsion Jamming 5 so you can fit Interdiction Sphere Launcher, so it's an work in progress.
Put me down with 3,5bil offer, any remaps available?

there is 3 remaps on this toon, so it makes it nice for fast training too.
but still looking for a bit more, this is due to the time i put into the toon, by not using the remaps it took longer to get the current skills and cost me more in GTC's

Good luck with the sale, I will keep an eye on the topic.
It's a nice starter, but you could have focused it more:
- you trained Controlled Bursts 5... when it's not needed for a Minmatar char
- Shield Compensation 5 which is needed for actived tanking
- Energy Management 5 but not Energy Systems Operation which is a level 1 skill
